Full time BILINGUAL medical Assistant with receptionist background is needed for our busy and fully implemented EMR
Pediatrics practice.
We are two providers located in a spacious medical building with 8 exam rooms, plus a lunch-cafeteria area in
Woodbridge, VA
The candidate is preferred but not required to have experience working in a Pediatrics office, We can train the right candidate.
Pediatrics Doctor's Office located in Woodbridge is looking for an experience MEDICAL ASSISTANT. This position offers
a Monday-Friday Full-Time schedule and great starting rate EXCELLENT BENEFITS!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for examination, take vitals, and record patients health history
prepare equipment and examination rooms
Assist physicians Nurse Practitioner with medical treatment, translation.
Manage inventory od medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies
Receive and direct phone calls, obtain necessary patient information to file and update patients records, and ensure all Forms and consents are completed by patients vaccine administration
Assist with referral processing and arrange laboratory services
Process phone, fax, and electronic prescriptions request
Additional Task as needed strep, Influenza, COVID, RSV, U/A test. Hemoglobin and Lead test by finger stick
Qualifications For Medical Assistant: EMR Experience such as E-clinicals Works better but not required
Must be detail-oriented and Highly organized Bilingual Spanish a PLUS
RECEPTIONIST:
Candidate Must be experienced
Pediatrics office knowledgeable in E-clinicals EMR
This position offers a Monday-Friday Full-Time schedule and Great starting Rate
