BACK OFFICE MEDICAL ASSISTANT:
Part Time - Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9AM-5PM & Thursday 12PM-5PM
Pay: $14-$16 hr based on experience
Responsibilities Include:
⢠Record Doctors notes for billing purposes.
⢠Prepare room for patients prior to appointment and set back up after appointment.
⢠Take vitals of patients.
⢠Assist in taking x-rays if certified.
⢠Assist with minor procedures.

FRONT OFFICE MEDICAL ASSISTANT:
Part Time - Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9AM-5PM & Thursday 12PM-5PM
Pay: $10-$12 hr based on experience.
Responsibilities Include:
⢠Greeting patients and checking them in for their appointments.
⢠Communicate with patients regarding appointments in person and over the phone.
⢠Assist patients with insurance verification and billing questions.
⢠Assist in updating patient charts.
- General knowledge of computer skills required.
- Bi-lingual in English & Spanish preferred, but not required.
