ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:
Assist Physician and PA/NP with setting up treatment rooms for injectables such as Botox cosmetic and fillers
Ensure patient's safety and comfort and smooth flow of patient care
Assist with scheduling of patients' treatments
Educate patients on products and post procedure care to enhance their procedures
Have an excellent standard of service and maintains protocols
Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments
Attend team meetings, promotional events, and seminars
Assist with social media
QUALIFICATIONS:
Passionate about the beauty industry and helping people achieve their goals
Must have the knowledge to educate and give guidance to clients about skin care, injectables, and/or be willing to learn new procedures
Great people skills & team player
Social Media capability
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and other external parties in a courteous and friendly manner at all times
Must be able to maintain patient confidentiality at all times
