CareLiving is looking for dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. You’ll play a vital role in helping seniors and individuals with disabilities maintain independence, safety, and dignity.
This is a flexible PRN position - perfect for caregivers who want local assignments and meaningful work on their own schedule.

Requirements:
Solid work experience and good references
Customer service and communication skills
Responsible attitude towards meeting work commitments
Dependable transportation to the client's home
Active PCA, CNA, or HHA certification in Virginia (or willing to obtain)
Preferred (home care or facility), but new grads welcome
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Driver's license and social security card.
Reliable transportation
Pass a thorough criminal background check
CPR/First Aid Certification
Duties Include:
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Mobility and transfers, including bed-to-chair, walking assistance, or use of assistive devices
with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
companionship and emotional support
Promote hygiene and infection control (prevent UTIs, pressure sores, etc.)
Observe and report changes in condition to the supervising nurse or care manager
Maintain a safe, clean home environment
Follow care plans and document care provided
