PART TIME PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Vienna Hearing Center in Vienna, VA is looking for a motivated individual to maintain the front office and represent our practice with professionalism. This employee must be driven, poised, articulate, and possess the strongest of communication skills. Our professional will be able to multi-task effortlessly, prioritize efficiently, handle patient requests, manage the database, place outbound calls to patients, handle all administrative tasks, and do so with a smile. Someone who is proactive instead reactive, one step ahead instead of two steps behind, is the type of professional who will fit in well here. Someone with a sales mentality is a must because they will contribute to grow this practice one patient at a time. The hours are flexible during the day Monday – Thursday. This position can easily grow into full-time for the right person.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle patient calls and effectively manage schedule
Contact patients to confirm/reschedule appointments.
Track and report daily scheduling metrics.
Greet patients immediately upon their arrival with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
Call patients in the database to get them back into the office.
Some minor hearing aid repairs.
Administrative duties as needed.
Help to create a marketing newsletter for patients.
Position Qualifications:
Minimum of High school diploma.
Office/Customer service experience.
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office programs i.e., Word and Excel.
Must be able to work well independently.
Great organizational skills, detail oriented.
A positive attitude, self-motivated, eager to learn.
