Responsibilities
Receptionist responsibilities include but not limited to:
Greet patients and visitors
Answer phone calls
Send and reply to daily emails
Get insurance authorization
Follow up with patients
Schedule patients
Update patient's log
Keep your work area clean and organized
Qualifications
This position requires a High School Diploma or GED
Employee must be independent and able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate customer service to our patients. Experience Required.
