Our modern dental office in Chevy Chase/ Bethesda has an opportunity for a part time registered dental hygienist. We are looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated and organized. We are a fee for service office using Dentix for software. We see patients of all ages and allow a minimum of one hour for each patient in our state-of-the-art office.
Responsibilities Include:
- Dental cleanings and periodontal cleanings
- Radiographic x-rays for proper diagnosis
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans with doctor and team
- Patient education to include oral hygiene care and dietary recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records including perio charting and note taking
- Follow strict infection control procedures and safe working environment.
