Job description:
Position: RN ( Home Care )
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: Imediate
Pay: $100/initial assessments, $75/regular assessments, & plus office hours to be discussed
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments of clients
Conduct regular assessments of clients
Audit supervisory visits to ensure quality care
Keep accurate records of clients' ongoing care and progress
Qualifications:
Valid RN license
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of clinical skills
Knowledge of state regulations related to home care is a plus
