RN POSITION AVAILABLE
We are looking for experienced Nurses to provide care and education for our clientele in the DMV Area. Potential applicants must be able to drive potentially long distances and are encouraged to read the requirements below and direct all enquiries to the email and number provided or in person at the address provided. We offer flexible hours and are willing to work with you in terms of scheduling, whether full time or part time.
Job Requirements:
-In home Care assessment for Patients
-Post Hospitalization assessment
-Post Fall Assessments, Re- Assessments and Home Health Aide Supervisions.
-Must be able to create care plans
-Coordinate with other nurses and support planners to provide best possible plan of care for clients.
-IT/Microsoft Proficiency a bonus.
Application Requirements:
- Current and valid DMV RN License
- Current and valid DMV CPR/First Aid Licenses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, multilingual not required but a bonus for consideration
- Access to a car and the ability to drive for visits
- Excellent patient care and assessment skills

-Latest medical (Physical from(filled out by your doctor), 2 step PPD( Chest X-Ray report if PPD is positive), Rubella and Rubeola titer (Lab report required), Drug Screen(Lab Report required).
3 References (1 work Reference and 2 Personal( friends,neighbors, coworker,etc. no relatives)
-Drivers License
-Social Security
-Work Authorization/Passport
All aforementioned documents will be required when scheduled for interviews. Please do not forget to bring them with you when you are scheduled.
SALARY
To be determined post interview, applicants with more years experience will be paid commensurate to their expertise and level of experience.
