Temporary Live-In Caregiver Needed for Jan 14-29 (Dementia Care)
I am seeking a temporary live-in caregiver for my mother from January 14-29 in Arlington, VA. My mother has dementia but is mobile and requires assistance with daily activities. This short-term position includes a private room, meals, and compensation.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and serving all meals
Assisting with personal care (showering, brushing teeth, hair, dressing, etc.)
Administering medications on schedule
Providing companionship and ensuring her safety
Requirements:
Experience in caregiving, particularly with dementia patients (references required)
Patience, kindness, and attentiveness
Ability to prepare simple, nutritious meals
Reliable transportation and punctual
Compensation:
$1000.00 for the two-week period (negotiable based on experience)
Free room and board provided
