Job Title: Personal Caregiver Assistant (PCA)

Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Caregiver Assistant with a warm, engaging personality and a genuine passion for elderly care. This role involves supporting an older adult client in McLean, VA with daily living tasks, transportation, and household assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
Light housekeeping and occasional meal preparation
Grocery shopping and running errands
Transportation to and from appointments (Monday–Friday)
Maintain a daily log of care activities and observations
Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written English
Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance
Own reliable transportation
Reliable cell phone for communication
Strong attention to detail and documentation
Prior caregiving experience preferred
Preferred:
Familiarity with Filipino culture and language is appreciated, to support client comfort (not a requirement)
Compensation:
