Temporary HR Leave Associate needed ASAP (onsite)

The Midtown Group is searching for a temporary HR Leave Associate to work onsite for a leading Education Technology & Research organization that is based in a brand-new office in Crystal City.

Ideal candidates will be junior or associate level HR professionals who have experience effectively communicating leave related policies with mid to large sized organizations.

The key responsibilities for the assignment include:

- Leave Administration: Prepare information for clients on FMLA/WRP. Ensure employees are eligible to access the Leave benefits. Explain the process to clients on the leave is administered.

- Americans with Disability Act (ADA) Compliance: Follow-up with clients requesting accommodation. Conduct conversations with the Staff Manager and Human Capital Partners to implement reasonable accommodations for the client. Collaborate with Corporate units that support these accommodations, i.e., IT, Workplace Management, etc.

- Other assigned tasks could include maintaining communication with clients, Staff Managers, and Human Capital partners as needed and required.

Hourly pay depends on experience but likely between $35 and $40 per hour plus completion bonus.
