I am looking for someone who wants to manage our cleaners, help selling cleaning jobs, and do cleans while we build our company.
Expectations:
- Manage team of cleaners
- Clean houses while business builds up
- Hire cleaners
- Manage day to day business operations
- Full time job, 40+ hours per week. Starting ASAP
- Answer phone and emails for leads and selling cleaning jobs
Requirements:
- Experience house cleaning / managing a team
- Self starter, highly motivated, quick thinker
- Familiarity with basic technology e.g. email
- Spanish speaking
- Available full time
Compensation:
The compensation is negotiable ($20+ per hour) but I will give you a large ownership percentage of the business and a large share of the profits the business generates.
