Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Body man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with collision repair, frame straightening, panel replacement, body filler application, and prepping vehicles for paint. You will be responsible for returning vehicles to pre-accident condition with a high standard of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform structural and non-structural repairs on vehicles
Remove and replace damaged panels, parts, and components
Sand, fill, and smooth surfaces in preparation for painting
Work with tools such as welders, frame machines, and measuring systems
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Communicate effectively with estimators and other team members
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience as a body man or auto body technician
Strong knowledge of body repair techniques and materials
Own tools preferred
Ability to read repair estimates and follow directions
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
