Lead Carpenter
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of carpentry projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kitchen and Bathroom installs as well as other carpentry task along with proficiency in using hand tools and performing heavy lifting tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead carpentry projects from start to finish
- Utilize hand tools to restore, remodel, build, and install various structures
- Coordinate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
Skills:
- Proven experience in carpentry and construction projects
- Proficiency in using hand tools for various carpentry tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of roofing, windows, siding installation is a plus
