We are rapidly growing and looking for new cleaners to add to our team. These will be government contracts and the property can range from 10,000 sq ft and up. PLEASE HAVE JANITORIAL EXPERIENCE IN LARGE BUILDINGS
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Debris and Trash Removal
Dusting & vacuuming all areas
Surface Cleaning
Window & Glass Cleaning
Floor Cleaning
Bathroom & Kitchen Cleaning
Appliance & Fixture Cleaning
Equipment Needed: This is a subcontracting position, which means you must have your own equipment. Branch Out Solutions will not supply any equipment other than uniforms.
Green seal certified cleaning products
Brooms and dust pans
Vacuum cleaners
Hand soap
Urinal cakes
Paper Towels
Step ladders and extension poles to reach high ceilings and fixtures
Cleaning solutions and disinfectants
Upholstery cleaning tools
Mops, mop bucket and wringer
Squeegees and window cleaning tools
Scrub brushes and scrub pads
Trash Bags
Window washing equipment (window bucket, golden glove or strip washer, squeegee, extra rubber blades, scrapers)
Any other equipment to perform job
Job Requirements:
Strict deadlines are provided; must complete cleaning projects by due dates
Must have your own equipment
Must have previous experience in cleaning commercial size buildings
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must have reliable transportation
