Qualifications
Proficient in a range of demolition activities, including the use of power tools and hand tools, drywall removal, hack saws, sledgehammers, interior demolition, construction, and general labor
Experienced in the removal of drywall and ceiling panels
Responsibilities
Tearing down drywall, ceiling panels, blocks, and brick façades
Cutting steel studs with a hack saw, using a sledgehammer to demolish walls, and removing boxes and mounts with hand tools
Stripping flooring, carpets, shingles, and conducting thorough interior demolition work
Benefits
Hourly wage: $18 - $25.00
Anticipated weekly hours: 40 – 60
8-hour to 12-hour shifts
