Laborer need for Commercial and Residential Carpentry. HIPE Construction Center, a general construction company, is looking for talented individuals to join its team. HIPE specializes in carpentry, handyman, drywall, and minor electrical. We are looking for a Skilled and Passionate Carpenter/Handyman to do home repairs in Fairfax / Arlington area.
Location: Fairfax, VA
Pay: $25-$32/hour
Schedule: Mon - Fri (weekend work also available)
Typical Repairs:
Install doors (Interior and exterior)
Repair door frame (rot, water damage)
Repair rot on window or siding
Repair deck boards, stairs, handrail, and post
Repair fence, panels, posts, and gates
Trim repair, baseboard, and crown molding
Drywall repair (patches holes on walls and ceilings)
Soffit and Fascia
Tile and Grout
Replace and Install Ceiling fan/light fixtures
Interior and Exterior painting
Requirements:
Strong carpentry experience
Ensure that all work has been completed in a safe, prompt, and professional manner
Must have own tools ( power drills, compressor, circular saw, nail gun, Ladders, etc)
Must have a valid driver license
Must have your own Truck or Van
