What You'll Do:
Pick up and deliver laundry orders across Northern Virginia and DC using our company vehicle
Handle bags with care and mark orders clearly to avoid mix-ups
Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and represent CPL with pride
Note customer requests or issues and communicate them clearly to store staff or management
If a customer isn’t available or access is restricted, follow protocol and contact the manager immediately
At the end of the route, return to the storefront and check orders back in with the team

Required Traits:
Reliable and self-motivated—you don’t need someone watching you to do your best
Strong attention to detail—you know every bag matters
Respectful, courteous, and customer-oriented
Comfortable using GPS and mobile apps
Comfortable lifting laundry bags up to 50 lbs

Requirements (Must-Haves):
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (bring DMV record to interview)
High school diploma or equivalent
Smartphone (to use our route/delivery app)
Ability to read and speak English clearly
Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice to Have (Preferred but Not Required):
Familiarity with Northern Virginia/DC streets
Experience in customer service or delivery
Point of Sale or delivery software experience
