Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Electricians and Plumbers if you have a license, you will be a plus to join our team as independent contractors. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of delivering top-quality workmanship, possess in-depth knowledge of local building codes, and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. we will need 5 references from the past completed projects.
Responsibilities:
Electrical Work:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in residential kitchens and bathrooms.
Ensure all electrical work complies with local building codes and safety standards.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to plan electrical installations.
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
Plumbing Work:
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, water heaters, and drainage systems.
Ensure all plumbing work complies with local building codes and safety standards.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to plan plumbing installations.
Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) references from projects completed within the last two (2) years.
Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
Proven experience in residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Own tools and reliable transportation.
Compensation: Competitive rates will be offered, commensurate with experience and quality of work. Payments will be processed through 1099 contracts.
