We are a small residential construction company that is growing fast. Our Projects are located in Northern VA area (Mainly Fairfax and Arlington County) and we are looking for a Field Runner/General Contractor's (GC) Assistant. Great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with us, learn about professional home construction, reading architecture blue prints, scheduling, estimating, and follow up.
The typical tasks would include;
- Traveling to jobsites
- Assist GC with Communicating/Coordinate/Schedule Subs/Vendors/Suppliers
- Maintain projects related information
- Help with projects schedule/follow up
- Keep track of tasks/to do list
- accept deliveries (able to pick up 75lbs)
Qualification and Must have, would include;
- High level of attention to details
- Proven organizational skills
- Great communicating skills (Written and verbal)
- Diverse I-phone and Apps application knowledge
- Quick learner
- Clean driving records
- Able to past a drug test
