DMV Restorations, Inc. is a multi-family leader and a Class A General Contractor specializing in remodeling and restoration services within the Commercial and Residential sectors. We are seeking a full-time Field Technician who can become a part of and grow with our company. This successful candidate will deliver desired customer service experience, improve customer satisfaction, and maximize customer retention all the while performing assigned tasks for client sites.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches;
Manage all on-site diagnoses, installations, repairs, maintenance and test tasks for but not limited to carpet cleaning, air ducting cleaning, operating machinery, painting, and drywall repair;
Diagnose errors or technical problems and troubleshoot to determine proper solutions;
Produce timely and detailed service reports;
Document processes;
Assist and train other Field Technicians with tasks;
Effectively follow procedures and protocols;
Build positive relationships with customers;
Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings to supervisor.
Job Qualifications:
Proven Field Service experience in carpet cleaning and replacement, air duct cleaning, installing vinyl flooring, furniture relocation, upholstery cleaning, punch outs, bulk trash/trash out, basic household maintenance, etc.;
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service company equipment;
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules;
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications;
Technical degree or certification;
Valid Driver’s License;
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds;
Fluent in English; Fluent in Spanish is a bonus!
