Job Description:
As a Dog Caretaker at Happy Paws, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for the well-being and happiness of the dogs entrusted to us. Your duties will include enrichment training, walking, feeding, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our furry guests.
Qualifications:
Punctuality: Must be consistently on time for scheduled shifts.
Patience: Essential for working with animals of all temperaments.
Initiative: Ability to identify and address tasks proactively.
Diligence: Commitment to completing tasks thoroughly and attentively supervising the dogs at all times.
Requirements:
Completion of a 2–3-week paid training program online.
Ability to work with both large and small dogs.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Physical capability to stand, walk, lift at least 50 lbs, and navigate stairs.
Strong communication skills to report any unusual observations to the manager promptly.
Shifts: Weekdays:
6:30am - 11:00am
3:00pm – 7:00pm
Weekends:
6:30am - 11:00am
12:00pm - 5:00pm
Compensation: Starting salary 20.00 hourly
