DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform daily building maintenance including minor repairs to doors, fixtures, furniture, and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
Monitor and maintain building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors and checking electrical appliances.
Set up and break down event spaces including moving furniture, arranging decorations, and configuring tables and chairs.
Maintain grounds by mowing lawns, trimming shrubbery, removing snow, and clearing debris from outdoor areas.
Clean and polish furniture, maintain building cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, and ensure restroom supplies are stocked.
Record equipment readings and notify management of any major repairs or system issues needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous maintenance or janitorial experience preferred but not required
Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license may be required
Physical ability to move heavy furniture and equipment manually or using hand trucks
Ability to work flexible, on-call schedule with varying days and hours
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
