help wanted: yard worker 10-15 hours per month doing seasonal lawn & garden tasks- tasks will vary with the seasons. (mow lawn, trim bushes & trees, rake & bag leaves, twigs, and branches, weeding garden areas) Home is a corner lot in a residential neighborhood in Silver Spring, MD. Looking for a dependable person that works at an agreed upon hourly rate; and, will honestly & accurately report worked hours.
Hired person must be able to briefly discuss (via in-person or phone or text message) planned work and report results and labor time. Hired person expected to wear proper safety gear (glasses, gloves, shoes, etc.); and, must be able to work safely with minimal supervision. Needed equipment for yard work tasks may either be provided by the yard worker or homeowner (will affect hourly rate).
