Home Improvement Project Coordinator

Location: Arlington, VA (Onsite)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Home Improvement Operations Coordinator to oversee project coordination and supervision of general laborers. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-field visits to assess and ensure project progress.

- Develop and manage work schedules for contractors and laborers.

- Oversee daily clock-ins, clock-outs, and photo log uploads.

- Facilitate team collaboration for timely project completion.

- Monitor construction, provide timeline feedback, and report deviations.

- Manage procurement, negotiate with suppliers, and process change orders.

- Maintain project documentation (contracts, change orders, progress reports).

- Supervise and guide general laborers.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in home improvement operations.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in project management tools.

- Ability to work onsite in Arlington, VA.
