The Job:
1. Meet daily at our base to make game plans and prepare.
2. Drive to job sites around Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, etc. and other areas nearby Fairfax County.
3. Use customer service skills to WOW our amazing clients.
4. Perform top-notch services alongside crew or on your own.
5. Meet daily marketing requirements set by managers.
6. Keep trucks clean and organized.
7. Keep our base and organized.
Pay:
- Percentage pay as portion of revenue produced
- Pay is between $20 - $30 per hour depending on skill level
- Upselling commission
