We are looking for a part-time housekeeper, ideally married with a spouse (but not required) who could also help with general labor. Housekeeping duties include cleaning, laundry, washing dishes, watering plants, and other related tasks as may arise. Good cooking skills strongly preferred.
For a male helper/spouse, duties may include external cleaning, help with handiwork (no skills necessary but some minimal knowledge preferred and NOT required), replace A/C filters, clean the decks, general landscaping help, painting (as may arise in the future), and other similar type of work.
Housing provided (spacious room, bed, full bath, fully equipped kitchen).
