A large condominium in Alexandria is currently seeking a full-time landscaper laborer.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Landscaping Crew Member, you will:
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and trimming.
- Plant, mulch, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as directed.
- Prune trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth and visual appeal.
- Remove debris and clean work areas after completing tasks.
- Assist with irrigation system installation and repair.
- Load, unload, and transport landscaping equipment and materials to job sites.
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
- Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong physical stamina; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
