We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our group of restaurants in the DMV area. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. We will provide a work truck and you MUST provide your own tools. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and repairing equipment, machinery, and systems
- Ability to repair and/or installation of refrigeration/ HVAC
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Must have experience with Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Drywall & Paint.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly
