Experienced maintenance tech needed immediately for apartment properties in Falls Church, VA. Individual must be experienced in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, light carpentry/renovations, troubleshooting and problem solving issues within apartment units and around the properties. Below are some basic tasks that will be performed on a daily/weekly basis (This is not an exhaustive list):
Repair/ Replace garbage disposals
Repair leaking faucets
Repair/ Install light fixtures
Repair/ Install toilets
Appliance Repair
Install bathroom vanity and sinks
Repair wood flooring
Install kitchen flooring (sheet flooring)
Drywall repair/ painting
Condenser unit cleaning
Window AC installation
Snow Removal
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must have reliable transportation and tools
Will need to take 24 hour "On Call" duty on rotating basis
Pass random drug testing
