Fire and Water Restoration company providing fire, smoke, water, mold cleanup and restoration is seeking experienced crew chiefs and technicians!
Job Duties:
- Quick on time response to emergencies such as water and fire damage.
- Inspection & evaluation for the correct scope of work needed, measuring and sketching out all affected areas and completing documentation with the customer.
- Extracting water from flooded structures using commercial extraction equipment.
- Performing demolition including removing damaged or wet building materials such as carpet, pad, baseboard, drywall, insulation, cabinetry, counter tops, etc.
- Taking accurate moisture readings and properly setting up commercial drying equipment to minimize drying time.
- Chem sponge cleaning of structure & deodorization of fire damage.
- Full content inventory lists created on job sites.
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00am 4:30pm. However, it is a requirement for all applicants to be available for on-call rotation as we are an emergency based company and service our clients around the clock.
Skills / Requirements:
Valid, clean Drivers License
Strong communication, reading and writing skills.
Able to lift heavy objects, bend, squat etc.
Team Player and Self Motivator
Quick Learner
Bilingual Spanish/English a PLUS
Compensation dependent on experience!
