Job description
Long established roofing contractor located in Alexandria, Virginia has an opening for a New Work/Re-Roofing Estimator.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of roofing experience
Need to be able to use a computer and be proficient in Excel and Word as well as having the abilities to draft professional e-mails
Must have the ability to lift a ladder (up to 40 ft)
Must have customer service skills
Must have problem solving skills
Must have the understanding of how to take test cuts and patch roofs
Must be familiar with roofing materials
Reading Blueprints/Drawings is a plus
