We are a licensed home addition and remodeling contractor working throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. We are currently seeking an experienced permit specialist who can handle and obtain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC permits for our residential projects. You should have your master's electric, plumbing, and HVAC license.
Requirements:
Must be familiar with permit processes in DC, Maryland (Montgomery, PG, etc.), and Virginia (Arlington, Fairfax, etc.)
Ability to apply for and obtain all required trade permits for home additions and major remodels
