Maintenance Specialist - The Daily Route will be given to you, but you can choose the time that you want to get up and go. Keep our customers happy and we won't bug you. You set your schedule. ($45,000 starting salary)
95% of the pools are pools we builtNO UPSELLING NEEDED. You just need to show up and clean your pools and make sure the clients are happy. Any issues should be on warranty and you just call it into your supervisor. Easy work, Easy money. Full Time, Year Round.

About the Position:
We are currently looking to fill the above positions with individuals who want to work above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy. We want individuals who are looking to grow and learn more about the industry.
We need individuals to help clean and maintain residential swimming pools that we have built. Check and balance pool chemical levels. Ensure pools are pristine, clean, and in a safe condition for customers' swimming and enjoyment.
During downtime or days that you are not cleaning, we would want this individual to help our build division. This would be a great opportunity to learn and understand how a pool is built.

Minimum Qualification:
Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience
Knowledge of valves and flow of water on a filter system
Automated System Knowledge (example: Jandy Aqualink)
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Valid and Good Driver's License Is a MUST
Background checks are possible
Essential Functions:
Clean and maintain residential swimming pools.
Analyze and balance pool chemicals including: Chlorine, pH, Alkalinity and others.
Skim, vacuum, and brush pools.
Routine maintenance of pool equipment.
Empty skimmer and pump baskets and auto-cleaner bags.
Ensure pool equipment and pool water are safe, clean and in excellent condition.
Requirements:
MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK HARD DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS
Must be polite, helpful and courteous to customers, employees and supervisors.
Work diligently to provide the highest quality of service.
Willingness to constantly learn more about pool service, chemistry and equipment.
Maintain a professional appearance with appropriate clothing.
Knowledge of mechanics, tools and pool chemicals is helpful
Must maintain clean and efficient job-sites and company vehicles.
No smoking on customer job-sites, in company vehicles or in office.
Maintain accurate records on customer's site and company forms and invoices.
Must have at least 1 years of cleaning experience
