Job Description:
We seek a skilled and motivated Production Assistant to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for project management, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Assist with procurement, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects stay within budget and meet quality standards.
- Participate in project planning meetings.
- Generate daily and weekly project status reports.
- Coordinate activities among project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain clear communication channels.
- Resolve project issues and maintain documentation.
- Provide general administrative assistance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in remodeling and construction.
- Proficiency with the Buildertrend system and change orders.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be a tech-savvy
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing employees is a plus.
