We are seeking an experienced and reliable subcontractor to handle the installation of radiators and HVAC systems in residential projects. The subcontractor must be knowledgeable in modern heating and cooling systems, comply with all building codes, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
The subcontractor will be responsible for:
Radiator Installation:
Removal of old radiators (if applicable)
Installation of new radiators, including pipework
Testing and commissioning
Ensuring leak-free connections and proper heating efficiency
HVAC Installation:
Installation of ducted and ductless HVAC systems
Proper insulation of ducts and piping
Connection of electrical and control systems
Testing, balancing, and commissioning
Compliance with ventilation and air quality regulations
General Requirements:
Compliance with local building codes and regulations
Coordination with other trades to avoid conflicts
Cleanup and disposal of all work-related debris
Providing a warranty on workmanship
Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC and radiator installation
Strong references and a portfolio of completed projects
Knowledge of energy-efficient and smart HVAC systems
