Job Title: Part-Time Site Supervisor, Home Inspector, Architect, Interior Designer, and Handyman
Location: DMV Area (Within 15 miles of Washington, DC)
Job Type: Part-Time (10-15 Hours per Week)
Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour (Based on Experience) + Gas Reimbursement 1099
Provide three professional references from past employers.
Must pass a background check.
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and honest individual to oversee a home addition and remodeling project. This role is ideal for a retired professional, freelancer, or someone with a flexible schedule who wants to stay engaged in the construction field without doing physical labor.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Visit the project site regularly to monitor progress.
✅ Take and send clear, ongoing project photos.
✅ Ensure the site is clean, organized, and work is progressing smoothly.
✅ Oversee subcontractors’ daily work and provide updates.
✅ Occasionally wait for inspections and coordinate site access.
✅ Run small project-related errands as needed.
Who We're Looking For:
Dependable & Honest – Someone who takes initiative and follows through.
Construction Background Preferred – Architect, home inspector, interior designer, handyman, or anyone with basic construction knowledge.
Flexible & Available – Must be able to visit the site between 9 AM - 2 PM as needed.
Long-Term Stability – Not looking for individuals constantly seeking other jobs.
Must Provide References – Three past employer references required.
