Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage WMS data entry, perform basic Excel tasks, delegate work to warehouse associates, and assist with shipping packages and receiving shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and assign daily tasks to warehouse staff
Enter and manage inventory data using Warehouse Management Software (WMS)
Manage daily order fulfillment through WMS
Perform basic Excel work for tracking shipments, inventory, and reporting
Prepare the warehouse of shipment receipts
Manage receiving, storage, and dispatches of products
Oversee and participate in packing, shipping, and receiving operations
Ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams as needed
1-3 years warehouse coordinator/supervisor experience required
Must be fluent in English
