This role offers opportunities in healthcare regulatory litigation, regulatory counseling, and government reimbursement matters, including work on Medicare, Medicaid, and private payor billing issues. Responsibilities:
Advise clients on healthcare law matters, including litigation, regulatory compliance, and government reimbursement.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other parties.
Represent clients in court or administrative proceedings, if applicable.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C., or eligible to apply for admission.
