A growing, top tier law firm specializing in the intersection of law and technology is looking for a litigator with 5+ years of Am law 200 experience litigating matters in both state and federal court. This is a Partner track role. In this role you will litigate issues related to Discovery.This is NOT an eDiscovery document review role. Work includes motion practice (e.g., motions to comepl and suppress), brief writing, depositions, pleadings, court appearances and client interaction. You will NOT litigate the merits of the claims. Candidates must be licensed in one of the following states: DC, VA, MN, IL, or CA. This role is 100% REMOTE. The role will include travel (up to 10%). The minimum billable hour requirement to be bonus eligible is 1860. Role requires at least 5 years of litigation experience (in both state and federal courts) with an Amlaw 200 firm.
