The Law Offices of SRIS, P.C. is looking for a dedicated and passionate OF COUNSEL to join our team. The Law Offices of SRIS, P.C is a well-established law firm that handles many different areas such as family law, criminal law, traffic law, bankruptcy, business law and estate tax planning.
Responsibilities
Attend court and handle non-complex family law and criminal cases.
Handle divorce, child custody, alimony, and child support matters.
Ensure compliance with the Law Offices of SRIS, P.C. policies, procedures and practices.
Ensure that all assigned cases are handled competently and in a timely manner.
Draft legal documents.
Requirements
JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Experience handling family law cases.
Active Bar license in Virginia.
Computer proficiency, including expertise in Word and Excel.
Miscellaneous
This agreement can be terminated by either party with a five-day written notice via email. Both parties agree an email is an acceptable form of communication for the purposes of providing notice.
The firm will provide malpractice insurance for all cases you handle on behalf of the firm.
The firm will not provide any employee benefits including but not limited to holiday pay, vacation pay, health insurance, medical insurance, or life insurance.
