We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing and Social Media Coordinator who is passionate about Home Interior Remodeling marketing, digital media, excels in analytics, deep understanding of social media platforms and thrives on staying ahead of social trends.
This individual will coordinate Langley’s marketing efforts with a strong focus on social media platforms and brand marketing strategy. This role requires a proactive self-starter who can independently manage all aspects of marketing while directly collaborating with the General Manager, Designers and Project Managers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and presence across Instagram, Facebook, Youtube , Google and other relevant platforms. Platform Management.
Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content (including photos, videos, and graphics) that aligns with our brand identity and promotes Langley’s services
Video Recording and Editing: Capture clear, treatment videos for content creation. Be comfortable to use Audio to create engaging videos for all social media platforms. Work together with a professional photographer.
Paid Advertising Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms to drive traffic, leads, and sales
Seo Optimization & Management: Implement SEO Best Practices; Google Analytics Set-up
Crm Set-up & Configuration: Pipeline & Workflow Automation ; e-mail accounts and contacts integration
Email and SMS Campaigns: Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage with our client base, promote special offers, and drive bookings
Digital Marketing Materials: Design and create digital marketing materials, such as graphics, flyers, and brochures, to support various marketing initiatives
Editing Tools Proficiency: Utilize the latest graphic design tools, such as Canva, Adobe illustration, Adobe Creative Suite, and other editing tools, to create professional-quality visuals and marketing materials that will resonate with our audience
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and marketing performance
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all marketing materials and communications align with Langley’s brand identity and values
Collaborate with Langley Team: Work closely with the Langley Team to align marketing strategies with business goals, providing regular updates on progress and outcomes
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a pulse on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments to ensure Langley’s increased visibility in the digital and social medial space
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment for all marketing initiatives and campaigns
APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High-School , Associate or Bachelors Degree
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, with a proven track record of running successful campaigns. Remodeling industry experience is preferred but not required.
Content Creation Skills: Strong ability to create, film, and edit high-quality content independently, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Self-Starter: A proactive individual who takes initiative and can manage projects without needing constant direction or support.
Analytical Mindset: Expertise in using analytic tools to track performance and inform decision-making. Ability to pivot strategies based on data-driven insights.
Relationship Management: Strong relationship management skills with the ability to interact with online followers and local collaborating businesses effectively
Innovative Thinker: Someone who is always on the lookout for new opportunities (AI etc) to disrupt the social media landscape and keep Langley at the forefront of industry trends.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, vendors, and external parties
Passionate About Remodeling and Customer Service: A genuine interest in the Remodeling industry, with a desire to contribute to the success and growth of Langley Remodeling.

COMPENSATION
Competitive: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour ( 1099 Payment)
Competitive compensation and performance bonus program
Paid personal time off : 10-15 Days per year
WORK LOCATION
· Ability to commute daily to Ashburn, VA ( Hybrid option maybe discussed)
WORK SHIFT
· Day shift – Monday to Friday
· 8-hour shift 8.30 am- 5 pm ( or Part Time)
Job Type: Full-time 40 hrs or Part-Time depending on the candidate
