Job Description:
As a Marketing Specialist at Cyberbike, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence and engaging our target audience through innovative marketing campaigns. While your primary focus will be on marketing-related tasks, you'll also be expected to assist with other responsibilities as they arise to support the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, such as blog posts, videos, and graphics, to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Manage social media accounts, monitor engagement metrics, and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner.
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Support the marketing manager in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or related roles.
Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to marketing.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
Ability to multitask, prioritize projects effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation:
