VCA SouthPaws Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Center is seeking a self-starter who is tech-savvy and motivated to go above and beyond to promote our hospital and brand as the Referral Coordinator, working directly with our referring veterinary practices on all levels.
Individual must be well-versed in all social media applications, comfortable in the marketing arena, and be able to analyze and present data from our internal tools. Three or more years of experience in account management is a plus.
If you are a quick thinker with fresh ideas who is not afraid to be creative, innovative, and clever, this may be the role for you. The Referral Coordinator's responsibility is to build on the already-established local marketing efforts through continual direct touches within pet-focused communities.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years in animal health and or account management
Strong interpersonal skills and positive approach to people
When able, spend 75% time in "the field”
Self-starter
Strong ability to work well with others
Must be able to manage multiple projects across several categories and skill sets within set timelines and deadlines in accordance with standards set by management
Strong sense of urgency combined with close attention to detail
Regular and reliable attendance
Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media apps and comfortable with data analytics
