Now Hiring: Sign Production Person – Vinyl Department
Location: Gaithersburg, MD
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Join our growing team! We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sign Production Person to work in our Vinyl Department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with vinyl graphics, sign materials, and production equipment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, cut, and weed vinyl graphics
Apply vinyl to various substrates and vehicles
Operate production equipment (plotters, laminators, etc.)
Maintain clean and organized work area
Assist in design with Adobe Illustrator and / or Flexi Sign
Assist with other sign production tasks as needed
Requirements:
Experience with vinyl graphics preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work on ladders and heights above 20’
