Core Ability Requirements:
Some relevant mechanical and manufacturing experience.
High School diploma or GED.
Good general math skills and ability to read tape measure.
Basic hand/power tool knowledge.
Ability to work independently
Good problem-solving skills
Must be capable of physical demands of the position including walking, standing, climbing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling and lifting/moving (up to 50 pounds).
Must be willing to work overtime and off-site (Occasionally)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
Metal finishing experience a plus
Additional skillsets operating a press brake, milling and turning, CNC routing, welding (MIG and TIG)
Duties:
Fabricate and assemble metal products according to blueprints and specifications
Operate various tools and equipment such as welding machines, Milling and Turning equipment, Press brake, Shear and Saw.
Use basic math skills to measure, cut, and shape metal materials
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
