Job: On-Site Manager
Pay: $26.50/Hour
Start Date(s): 10/20 and ongoing
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Onsite Manager with a strong background in operations, HR, and team management. This role requires exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills to oversee daily onsite staffing activities and support crew performance.
You’ll be responsible for managing crew members, ensuring alignment with client expectations, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. This is a full-time onsite role, and you must be available for the full schedule without conflicts. The assignment may extend beyond the initial two-month period.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily onsite operations and manage crew performance.
Apply Bluecrew’s attendance policy while ensuring alignment with Lime’s internal policies.
Track and maintain accurate headcount records.
Lead and support orientations for new hires.
Assist with timecard management, including time punch and timestamp adjustments.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support team achievement during weeks 4–6.
Partner closely with management to share feedback and performance updates.
Screen crew members prior to start dates and assist with overfill coordination.
Participate in weekly sync meetings (Wednesdays) to provide updates and insights.
Qualifications
Proven Operations and/or HR experience.
Prior managerial experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities onsite.
