Urban Wood Milling is a small sawmill that works with other local businesses to slow the waste of our neighborhood trees. We are seeking individuals who want to help with that.
Looking for 2 positions
General labor- will stack and sort lumber that is produced from the sawmill. Handle chainsaw to process waste. And complete other tasks as assigned. 15/hr+ DOE
Edger Operator: must be able to use a tape measure and complete basic math without assistance. This person is responsible for processing lumber to its highest grade and will be taught a basic knowledge of how lumber is graded and sorted. Pay 16/hr+ DOE
