Democratic Presidential campaigns are seeking individuals in the area to gather signatures ahead of the 2020 primary elections. Canvassers are compensated $15 per hour and no prior experience is necessary.
Signature gathering involves approaching people in public spaces to find registered voters who can sign candidate nominating petitions. Canvassers must be friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented. Applicants will go through a thorough interview and training process. All canvassers are held to the highest standards of accountability, and quality will be assessed on a daily basis.
